This pattern is on pages 130-135 of “The Art of Circular Yokes” by Interweave, published in 2019.

Sleeves (make 2) on page 132: Take note that sleeves are worked in the round. After casting on, join in the round, untwisting stitches and place a marker at the beginning of the round. Remove the marker when performing the bind off for Shape Underarms.
